Deborah Ann Duggins

Deborah Ann Duggins, 65, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 19th 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents Margaret Laverne and Ralph H. Duggins, and her grandmother Carrie Ann Duggins.

Debbie was blessed to be surrounded by such close friends and family with whom she spent a lot of time during her life. She took great pleasure in boating on the Ohio River and also loved to karaoke, if it was with Dummy. She enjoyed caring for and fixing up her house, maintaining her flower garden, and vacationing in Hilton Head. Debbie was a huge fan of Elvis and was a Rick Hubbard groupie. She was a long time member of the Limestone Bay Yacht Club and a former board member, as well as a member of Moose Lodge #5.

A visitation service will take place from 3pm to 7pm on Thursday, May 23rd at Arch L. Heady – Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave, Louisville, KY. A funeral service to take place at 1pm the following day on Friday, May 24th at the funeral home with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kentucky Humane Society and the National Kidney Foundation.
