Debbie Gibson lost her rapid battle with cancer and was called home to Heaven on January 28, 2021. Her family has lost a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. Debbie was a graduate of PRP High School and Eastern Kentucky University. She was a devoted mother and grandmother - never missing a single school play, concert or performance. Debbie took full advantage of her retirement years. When she wasn’t traveling with her family she enjoyed Sudoku, spending $20 in the slot machine on senior day at the casino and playing fetch with the dog in the backyard. On most days you could find her enjoying her main hobby: hustling grocery stores with coupons and searching for deals. Her husband Joe; son Joey, daughter Rebecca; grandchildren, Mara, Graham and Ella Gibson and dog Elwood are left behind to cherish her memory. Visitation starts 10 a.m. and Service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at Heady Hardy Funeral Home with COVID protocols in place.
