

Born on July 14,1957, in Louisville, Kentucky, Deb was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and aunt leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.
Deb dedicated her professional life to guiding young minds as a Teacher’s Assistant at Mill Creek Elementary School, where her devotion and graciousness touched the lives of many students. Her passion for nurturing children was evident in her interactions; she had a unique ability to connect with her students and make learning enjoyable.
Outside of her career, Deb loved entertaining around the pool, hosting family gatherings and spending summers at the lake house, often declaring that her favorite place in the world was anywhere with her friends and family. Deb was also known for her candid nature, never shying away from expressing her thoughts, a trait that many admired and cherished.
Deb is survived by her loving husband, Theodore ‘Teddy Joe’ Riedinger, who was her partner in life and love for 16 memorable years. Together, they shared a world full of traveling, entertaining and relishing life. Deb was also a proud mother to her daughter, Heather, who carries forward her spirit and legacy. The light of Deb’s life was her grandson, Elliott, whose laughter brought her immense joy and pride.
In addition to her immediate family, Deb is survived by her cherished parents, Homer and Jewell Parker, devoted sisters, Sheila Thomas and Pammy Lou (Mike) Maneely and her dear brothers, Jerry (Terri) Parker and Gary Parker. Deb was also a beloved aunt to her nieces and nephews, notably Whitney Parker and daughter, Bailee with whom she maintained a special bond. She valued these relationships deeply and treasured the moments spent together, creating a lifetime of love that will forever endure in their hearts.
Sadly, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Larry Thomas and beloved Harley Boy, a loss that left a mark on her heart. Yet, her resilience and spirit continued to shine brightly through her family and friends.
Deb’s life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, laughter, and the occasional frank and honest conversation. She will be profoundly missed and as we gather to celebrate her life, we remember her vibrant personality, fierce loyalty to her loved ones and her unwavering honesty that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. The family encourages all who knew and loved her to share their stories and memories, keeping her spirit live in their hearts. May she rest in peace.
