She was a retired baker for Audubon Hospital.
She was preceded in death by a son, Jack R. Long.
Survivors include a son, Berton Long; sisters, Diane Newerth, Doris Gay, Donetta Keehn, and Delva “Jean”Ayers; a brother, Carl Harris; 6 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 Thursday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Wednesday.
