90, of Louisville, passed away on September 29, 2011 at Baptist Hospital East with her family by her side. She was a retired inspector with General Electric with 30 years of service. Delores was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Lida Dorsey, a son; Joe Bill Carter and a grandson, Bobby Carter. She is survived by her loving family, a son, Lee Edward Carter Jr.; a daughter, Carole Elizabeth Langley (Jerry); a daughter-n-law, Carole Carter, grandchildren, Steve Carter (Carolyn), Mike Carter (Angie), Jimmy Carter, Pam Stribbling (Tommy), Tara Harley (Scott), Brandon Langley, Jeff Carter (Jessica), Ricky Beahl (Dawn) and Bobby Langley, she is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Her Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
