Chapman, Dennis Lee, 63, entered into eternal rest on May 8, 2014 at Norton Audubon Hospital. Dennis was born on May 25, 1950 in Louisville, KY. He was a free spirit who lived a gentle and loving life.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Robert and Winona Chapman.
Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Richard (Cindy) Chapman and Rita (Bobby) Carter; nephews, Jason (Jean) Carter and Josh (Catrina) Chapman; niece, Brandi (Jeff) Bethune; 3 great nephews and 1 great niece.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday at noon at Evergreen Funeral Home. Entombment will be private. Visitation will be on Monday from 10 am until service time. Please visit www.evergreen-louisville.com to share your memories of Dennis.
