Donald T. Hudson, 74, passed away October 20, 2016 at Baptist East Hospital. He graduated from Trinity High School and retired from the Courier-Journal after 41 years of service in data processing. Donald was past President of American Turners and a member of the Knights of Columbus and Harrods Creek Boat Owners Association. He was an avid boater and enjoyed cheering for the UK Wildcats.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin (Bump) Hudson and Jean York Hudson. Donald is survived by his wife, Phyllis Hudson; they shared a loving marriage that was 3 months shy of 45 years. Also surviving are his children; Donna Wirth, Steven Hudson and Terri Kute, his siblings; Judy King, Susan Flaherty and David Hudson, 9 Grandchildren and 6 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Arch L. Heady & Son, 7410 Westport Road from 10AM until 2PM, with the celebration of Donald’s life at 2PM.
