Donald Lee Lawrence

Donald was born on December 14, 1943 in Louisville Kentucky, the son of the late Henry Russell Lawrence & Margaret Louise Davis. He was a member of the Foster Avenue Baptist for many years. He loved his family, especially his grandkids, and held a deep devotion to his wife, Martha Faye. He would do anything or help anyone. He loved to go to the lake, fish and hunt. Daddy Don or Double D, as he was called, could often be found standing in the door way of his home, looking out over his neighborhood.

Besides his parents, Henry Russell & Margaret Louise Lawrence; his wife, Martha Faye Lawrence precede Donald Lee in his passing.

Left to cherish is memory are his daughter, Kim (Joe) Brown; grandchildren, Joseph Brown & Matthew (Kayla) Brown; great – granddaughter, Bella; & one – great – grandchild on the way; plus, a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be PRIVATE. Donald Lee will be laid to rest in the Garden of Time of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums, where he will rest for eternity alongside his wife, Martha Faye.
