He was a retired driver for National Linen after over 40 years and a shuttle driver for Toyota of Louisville.
Mr. Lomax is survived by his wife of 58 years, Virginia; two children, Jeff Lomax (Rhonda) and Jennifer Lomax; one grandchild, Emma Lomax; a brother, Jerry Lomax; and two sisters, Sis Ray and Jodie Farris.
His funeral will be on Tuesday, July 5th, at 6:30pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12pm noon until the time of service.
