Donald "Don" L Richards

Donald L. "Don" Richards, 72, of Louisville, passed away with his family by his side on the morning of September 12, 2015 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. He was a native of Ohio, a gardener and an avid Indiana basketball fan! He loved to travel and was retired from sales with Custom Home Improvements. He had formerly worked for International Harvester many years ago and was past president of Distribu-Pak Systems.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Richards and Sophia (Step-father, Raymond) Hendrich.

Left cherishing his memory is his loving wife of 30 years, Carolyn Priddy Richards; children, Troy (Reba) and Todd (Pam) Richards, and Jennifer Napper; sister, Kathy (Perry)Vander Espt; grandchildren, Ashley (Justin), Chelsey, Elliott; great grandchildren Addilyn and Zayden and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Life Celebration Memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 2 pm at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with inurnment in Resthaven Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will be on Saturday from 11a - 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
