WOW! I'm stunned to find out this late, he had passed!! I had left Louisville June 2014 for a few years. I came back this year hoping to have him back as an Endo Doctor. I had a hard time tracking him down until, I saw his pic and Obit resting on the table in the Medical office, he used to work for. I couldn't believe it, in fact, I thought, wrong man. Then I inquired about it and got confirmation it was indeed him! He was great Dr who gave me better treatment plan to improve my Endocrine health!! Bless him for that! I'll always remember him. I knew him in his late years, so I can't imagine what he was like younger. sounded like he was cool guy! I'm glad I got to know him for a short time. THANK YOU DR. WOOD!

While enduring my own grief over three deaths in my family, I regret that I missed the notice of Dr. Wood's death. I am deeply saddened. He was an excellent doctor and a kind and patient man. Both my husband and my mother-in-law benefitted greatly from his care and support-- and that of the team with whom he surrounded himself. Never could I hav e thanked him enough. I know he has found eternal peace, as he deserved no less. And though there's now another star in the heavens, a light has gone out here on earth.

It's only been 5 months or so since the tragic loss of my beloved dad. I will miss him for the rest of my life until I see him in Heaven. We did so much together. Went fishing, went out to eat, and other things that a father and son would do. No words can express how I feel whenever I think of him. He was the best dad anyone could ask for.
