Donna M. Hartman, 55, of Louisville, passed away May 23, 2019. She was an employee of United Parcel Service.

Donna was preceded in death by her mother, Agnes Hoffmann. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 30 years, Wayne Hartman; father, Don Hoffmann; children, Britney Razor(Daniel), Heather Hoffmann, and Amanda Hartman; grandchildren, Adam Hartman and Alexis Razor; sisters, Caran Amshoff(Tom), Cathy Corbin, and Dee Hoffman; and her brother, Jr. Corbin(Helena).

Funeral service will be 12pm Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Evergreen Funeral Home with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2pm - 8pm Tuesday. Memorial donations in Donna's memory can be made to American Cancer Society.
