"Miss Donna" was an administrative assistant at Valley Medical Transportation.
Donna was preceded in rest by two sisters, Doris McCorkle and Joyce Ford.
She is survived by her daughter, Angi Bourne; two granddaughters, Savannah and Montana; two sisters, Sandy Stark and Jayne Terry Green; and a brother, Dale Green.
Her funeral service is Wednesday, December 11th, at 10am at Arch L. Heady Southern Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Boulevard with interment following in Horse Cave Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3pm until 8pm on Tuesday.
