Donna Ann Hayes, 72, of Louisville, passed away December 7, 2016. She was a retired travel agent and a member of St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Bernice Cox; and her brothers, David Cox and Butch Cox. Survivors include her husband, Harry Hayes; children, Cindy Hayes(Robin), Teddy Hayes(Carrie), and Robbie Hayes; sister, Sue Lafollette(Don); 8 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 12-8pm Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Evergreen Funeral Home. Funeral service will be private.
