She was born July 26, 1949 to the late Kathryn and Warner Fleming. Donna loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed the days she spent shopping, eating lunch with the girls and getting to dance.
Here to carry on her memory is her children; Melissa Burnett (Vernon), Stephanie Bogard, Amanda Bogard, Brian Gackenback, and Todd Gackenbach (Tina), grandchildren; Tyler, Taylor, Chace, Bailey, Madison, matthew, Josh, Nathan, Chris, Sophia, Sam, Cain, Abby, Paisley, Cayden and a host of many nieces and nephews, and a sister, Patrica Heibert- Fleming.
A visitation for Donna will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218.
A Celebration of Donna's Life will occur Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 12:00 PM, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218.
