Born in West Irvine, Kentucky to the late Clarence and Lucille Wilcox, Donna was a retired bookkeeper for the old American Air Filter Credit Union, a former member of Victory Memorial Baptist Church, and a current member of Shively Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Orval C. Moore, and a granddaughter Stephanie D. Horning. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Julie Aubrey (Andy Miller) and Susan Craven (Gary); granddaughters Ashley Adcock (Ricky), Megan Miller (Scott), Laura Haynes (Nick), and Lori Craven (James); grandsons Joseph Chambers and Scott Cravens; 15 great-grandkids; 5 nieces and nephews, including Jimmy Moore (Bonnie) who helped with Donna’s care; and caregivers Jimmy Moore and Tanya Brown.
At her wishes, a service will be held in the Chapel of Evergreen Cemetery at 2:00 pm Wednesday. Those wishing to attend should gather in the parking area just inside the cemetery entrance.
Memorial gifts may be made to either Hosparus or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
