She was born to the late Delors and James Starr in Louisville, KY. Brother James Starr also preceded her in passing.
Dora was an outgoing woman who loved to shop. She never met a stranger, always lending a helping hand. Her favorite thing to do was talk on the phone, garden, eat at Mike Linnig's restaurant and watcher the Cardinals play.
Here to cherish her memory is her daughters; Tabetha Rich and Shavonda Jones (Floyd), four sisters, one brother, six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Along with many other friends and family.
A visitation for Dora will be held Sunday, January 8, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with a celebration of life service starting at 2:00 PM. Services will be held at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218.
