Doris was a loving Mother, Nana and Friend.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Raymond Braughard.
Doris leaves behind to cherish her memory; daughters, Sherry Russell (George), Janet Davis (Kevin) and Lisa Sholar (Walt). Siblings; Ilene Craighead, Floyd King, Freda Mink, Flossie Mink and Anna Clifford. Grandchildren; Lauren, Rikki Lee, Leslie, Katie, John and Paul. Doris is also survived by her special friend, Noah Mize.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
