Doris Louise House, born 9 June, 1936 to Elmer and Gladys Brown in London KY and passed away 10 March 2022. Survived by son. James Eversole, Jr., M.D. (Nancy), Daughter. Debra Olley. Stepdaughter Kathy House. Stepson Tommie House. Sister Brenda Bowling (Willard).
Doris had 10 grandchildren. Michael, Matthew, Chris, Robby,David,Stephanie,Candi,Brandon, Amanda, and Mallory.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Edward House and her first husband, James Earl Eversole, Sr. , along with her brothers, George Brown and James Edwin Brown.
Doris was a member of the St John Swiss Reform Church and enjoyed flowers and gardening, game shows, and word puzzles. She was legendary for her amazing country cooking. Especially her cast iron skillet cornbread and white half-runner green beans. She was a generous, honest, and loving soul and will be sorely missed by all her family and friends.
