Doris Elizabeth Robinson

Robinson, Doris, 83, of Louisville, KY passed away on March 6, 2017. Throughout Doris’s life she attended church regularly and was a committed member of the Highview Baptist Church. Doris was very loved by family and friends. She will always be remembered for her love of fishing at the lake and Sunday night family dinners.

Doris is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Della Royalty; brother, James Royalty and sisters; Anna Mae Mobley and Leola Peavler

Left to cherish Doris’s memory is her loving husband of 66 years, JT Robinson, as well as their children; Debbie Terry (Mike), Danny Robinson (Mary), Fredie Robinson (Kim), Lisa Plemmons (Dale). Her grandchildren; Bryan Terry, DeAnna Terry, Fredie Alan Robinson (Tiffiny), John Terry (Danielle), Courtney Kiper (Eric), Jason Robinson (Krystal), Justin Robinson (Kim), Dawn Justice (Jesse), Danielle Plemmons, Jacob Caldwell and Matthew Robinson. Doris will also be missed by 14 great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews and her beloved furry baby, Pepper.

Visitation for Doris will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 2pm-8pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. A celebration of Doris’s life will be Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 10am at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven with internment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd.
