She is preceded in death by her husband, Leo Thomas Callahan, children, Eddie Merideth, Bo Merideth (Jan), Susan Rademaker and Angel Henderson. Dorothy is also survived by three sisters, three brothers, fifteen grandchildren, nine nieces, nine nephews and a special friend Roxy.
A celebration of Dorothy’s life will be conducted at 10 am Friday, April26, 2013 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd, with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 4-8pm Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the funeral home.
