She was the last survivor of 13 children of Franklin P. and Lucille Brown Waggoner, and was the widow of Henry Roger Nesbitt. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Franklin L. Nesbitt (Patti) of Woodstock, Georgia; Roger K. Nesbitt (Pam) of Louisville and Dana W. Nesbitt (Barbara) of Newton, North Carolina; four grandchildren, Lauren, Kyle, Erin and Caitlyn; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road. Visitation for family and friends will be held 2-8 P.M. Tuesday, at Arch L. Heady & Sons at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road.
The family would like to thank the staff of Emeritus Stonecreek Lodge for their kindness and care during Dorothy's residence there.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Kosair Charities.
