She was a retired sorter for Colorcraft, formerly Qualex Film Company. Mrs. Ramsey was a Methodist and a native of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ramsey.
Mrs. Ramsey is survived by a son, Charles Ramsey (Sheila); a daughter, Brenda Jones (Larry), of Knoxville, TN; four granddaughters, Kimberley Brookshire, Jennifer Foshee, Elaina Coffey and Crystal Stagner; five great-grandchildren, Haylee, Noah, Ethan, Evan and Jeramiah; a brother, Garland Thompson; and a sister-in-law, Phyllis Thompson.
Her funeral service will be on Monday at noon at the Arch L. Heady Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 8519 Preston Highway, with interment following in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2pm until 8pm and after 9am Monday.
