Dorothy M. Stansbury, 90 of Louisville, passed away on October 20, 2012 with her loving family by her side. She was the former Dorothy Story, and was retired from the old Liberty National bank as a teller and secretary. She was a longtime member of Hikes Point Christian Church.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dorothy (Doug) Knoblock, Cathy Tipton (Ted Sauer), Donald Stansbury; six grandchildren, Beth (Rob) Henry, Laura (Mark) Zoeller, Todd (Sonya) Stansbury, Nicole (Jason) Kruer, Jay Tipton, and Taylor (Chris) Kersey; and eleven great-grandchildren, Keith, Jason, Quinn, Luke, Logan, Trinity, Kyle, Mason, Hadley, Audrey and Jude.
Dorothy's Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at noon at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park . A gathering of family and friends will be on Tuesday from 11 a.m. till noon at the funeral home.
