Dorothy Marie Watkins, 87, of Louisville peacefully passed from this life on Saturday October 9, 2010 at Wesley Manor. She was the former Dorothy Huddleston and a 50 year plus member of Ralph Avenue Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond B. Watkins; and a granddaughter, Angela Watkins. She is survived by her sons, Dale Watkins (Ramona) and Paul Watkins (Suzanne); a daughter, Nancy Walsh (Willie); a brother, Donald Huddleston; 3 grandchildren, Amy Dawn, Edward & Adam; 5 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. A service to celebrate Mrs. Watkins’ life will be held at noon Wednesday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
