Douglas Scott Stilger, 59, passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Doug was born on February 13, 1959 in Louisville to the late Walter and Clara Stilger, Sr. He retired from Millwright and for the last 13 years worked for UPS. Everyone who knew Doug knows he was a huge UK fan. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Michael. Here to carry on his memory are his siblings, Michelle Gamble (Tony), Karla Allen (Phillip), Walter Jr. “Sonny” (Sharon), Kimberly Neblett (Neal), Mark, and Laura Milby (Tony). Doug is also survived by many other family members, including nieces, nephews and friends, that will miss him dearly. A visitation will take place from 1-6pm Saturday, July 14th at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road. A service celebrating Doug’s life will start at 6pm Saturday.
