She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Lentz Sr. and daughter, Lana D. Douglas.
Left to cherish Dwade's memory are her sons, Bob and Karl; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 12:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with the visitation Friday from 4:00 - 8:00 at the funeral home.
