Edith was a faithful Mall walker and always full of joy. She gave out warm hugs and positive thinking. Even at the Mall she dressed very elegantly. She will be missed by friends and family but she is now an Angel looking down on us with blessings.

My dear friend was a beautiful person both inside and out.  She had a deep faith in God and was always available for you.  We and our spouses traveled together to Mexico, the Caribbean & Gatlinburg.  She was always beautifully dressed and elegantly coiffed.  I will miss my dear friend but have my memories to sustain me.  She is now in good hands because absent from the body, present with the Lord.  Rest in peace my friend until we meet again.  Our loss is heaven’s gain.

We had a weekly tennis match, Edith took her game serious but we always had FUN!

Edith was my walking buddy. She was an amazing person and best friend anyone could ask for. She exuded the live of Jesus to everyone she met. She will be deeply missed. I love you Edith. Love Raquel and Wayne Snead

Edith, affectionately known in our family as Baby Sis is/was the oldest remaining fist cousin, grandchild of my grandparents and the Woodson clan. She truly was our angel among us and she will be infinitely missed. I think I will now always regret that we did let her know truly how much we loved her.  Isaac has been a Godsend to her and our family appreciates him more than he will ever know.  Thanks, Ike from the Woodson clan. Our prayers and most sincere condolences are with you and your family and Baby Sis' Jeffersontown Church family, whom she loved.  My the God of our salvation  always cover you.

I worked with Edith during the early 1980s at BellSouth and the things I remember most about Edith were her infectious laugh, her wonderful personality and her 4- inch high heels.  She always seemed to brighten my day a bit. My condolences to the family.

Mrs. Murray was a sweet & thoughtful person who will always be remembered!
She shared her love of Christ & welcomed our family to First Baptist Jeffersontown. 
I also enjoyed our walks @ the Fern Creek Park and our neighborhood.

Our hearts and prayers are with you Isaac, and the family of Edith. I will always remember her friendship, smile, style, grace and professionalism. Isaac, may God's blessings give you peace during this time and the days ahead, knowing that she is in her eternal heavenly home. Memories of Edith and the fun times we shared will live on in my heart. Edith is loved and will be missed dearly. Hold on to your faith in God, for he holds all of our tomorrows.

I worked with Edith at the phone company.   She was so nice.   She was also so smart.   I lost track of her when I moved to a different position.   So sorry for your loss.

Edith will be remembered as a classmate in the class of 1961 at Armstrong High School in Richmond,VA.She was a warm,,kind and hardworking friend.
