She is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony “Tony” Thomas Sr.
Edna is survived by her children, Phyllis King (Ken), Tony Thomas Jr. (Carole), Cindy Hoefler (Steve), and Greg Thomas (Diana). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and her special cat Holly.
A celebration of Edna’s life funeral mass will be conducted at 10 am Saturday, February 16, 2013 at St. Athanasius Catholic Church. 5915 Outer Loop, Louisville, KY 40219 with an interment at Resthaven Memorial Park to follow. Visitation will be held Friday 2-8pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd.
