Eirika L. Vick

Eirika Leeann Vick, age 35, passed away on July 2, 2026. Born on June 25, 1991, Eirika will be remembered as a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend whose steady courage, deep devotion, and kind-hearted spirit left a lasting imprint on all who knew her. Even in life’s hardest moments, she carried herself with quiet strength and a selfless concern for others, offering warmth and humor that could lighten a room.

Eirika’s commitment to growth and purpose was reflected in earning a masters degree, a milestone that spoke to her determination and the care she took in building a meaningful life. She also served in the Army National Guard, a role that called for bravery and sacrifice—qualities she met with resolve and humility. Her medals and decorations include the Afghanistan campaign medal with campaign star, Army Commendation Medal, National Defense service Medal, Global War on terrorism medal, Army service Medal, and Army Reserve component overseas training ribbon.

Beyond her accomplishments, Eirika’s joys were sincere and unmistakably her own. She was an avid Taylor Swift fan, she loved turtles, but most of all she loved being a mom to her son Cameron. Her devotion as a good mother was the truest reflection of who she was—present, loving, and steadfast, giving of herself in ways both ordinary and extraordinary.

Eirika is preceded in death by; her father, Robert Russell Vick; her brother, Michael Vick; her nephews, Paul Roth and Daymon Vick.

Left to cherish her memory are; her mother, Carol Marie Vick; her son, Cameron Vick; her sisters, Tiffany Roth and Addrianna Vick; her great friend, Mike Maroney; her nieces, Camilla Johnson and Lyric Vick, as well as many beloved family members and friends.

Visitation will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky on July 11, 2026, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Funeral Service will follow at Evergreen Funeral Home on July 11, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
