She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ and was retired from the Jefferson County Public Schools. She devoted many hours of volunteer service to her church and schools.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Brock; her parents, Early and Della Arceneaux; three sisters, Alpha, Evelyn and Louise and one brother, Ralph.
Elaine is survived by her daughter, Della Bush (Don).
The family would like to thank the staff at Green Meadows Health Care Center for their wonderful care and compassion.
Private graveside services will be conducted at Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Westport Road Church of Christ expansion fund.
