Elfrida Dorothy Howell, 74, of Louisville, passed away January 18, 2015. Her gentle spirit and loving ways will be greatly missed by all who loved her. She attended St. Vincent DePaul and Manual High School. She attended Evangel World Prayer Center. She is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Howell, Sr.; sister, Bertie Cameron; and parents, Robert and Ida Gollar. Survivors include her children, Mary McIntosh and Jim Howell, Jr.(Sherrie); grandchildren, Roman McIntosh(Amber), Amanda Mattingly(Bradley), Alex Howell, and Chelsea Howell; great grandchild, Colt McIntosh; sister, Judy Vincent(Jerry); nieces and nephews; and her special friend, Edward Reuter. Funeral service will be 12pm Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 11am-8pm Wednesday.
