She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Gilbert Leo Allgeier.
Elizabeth is survived by her children, Darlene Allgeier, Larry Allgeier (Marita), Dana Lewis (Edward) and Dawn Maxim, a sister, Karol Hopper, grandchildren, Jenna Craig (John), Brad Allgeier (Paige), Tyler Maxim and Stella Maxim, great-grandchildren, Ava and Leo Allgeier and Garrett and Colson Craig.
A committal service will take place at 2:00 pm, November 11, 2025 at Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville KY 40218.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made in her honor to the KY Humane Society and Hosparus Health.
