Elizabeth Ann Fielden

Elizabeth (Liz) passed away peacefully at home on July 24, 2025 at the age of 63. She was born in Louisville on June 11, 1962. She graduated from Central High School and the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She lived a life rich in love and laughter. Liz never met a stranger and was loved by everyone. She grew up with a deep sense of responsibility and a tireless work ethic.

Liz was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Nada. She is survived by the love of her life Mike Riley, three siblings-Kenny Harryman (Jeff), Don Fielden (Anne) and James Fielden, six nieces and nephews, seven great nieces and nephews and a lifetime of friends.

Liz began her career at the Courier Journal after graduating high school. She quickly moved up to management and worked there for 33+ years. She took her skills to General Electric where she worked in management for 5 years. She also built a successful dry-cleaning business.

Liz’s legacy is one of love, laughter and caring.

A visitation will be held at Arch L. Heady and Son-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave on August 1, 2025 from 10:00 am-1:00 pm. Service to follow with burial at Cave Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to your favorite charity.

Liz was deeply loved and will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
