Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Lyons

Born in Louisville, Kentucky on Thursday, September 17, 1970, Liz was the daughter of the lates’ Joseph Burl Clements and Rosetta Pemberton. She was a graduate of Mercy Academy, Class of 1989 and went on to work in the field of Insurance Services with her last tenure being with Kentucky Farm Bureau – North Bullitt. Liz was a protector and caregiver. She was known for her loving and caring spirit, helping anyone in need, in any way she could. Liz was truly an angel on earth. She was very proud of her family, her husband, her job and the life that they had built together. She had learned to be very crafty and loved her fur babies, Bella, Bud and Harley.

Her parents, Joseph Burl and Rosetta (Pemberton) Clements preceded Liz in her passing.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Mike Lyons; sister, Pam (Alex) Wehder; brother, Chris Clements; many cousins; several nieces and nephews; plus, a host of dear friends and family to mourn her passing.

Graveside Services will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. EST at Hustonville, Cemetery, KY Hwy 78, Hustonville, Kentucky 40437. For those attending the Graveside Service, it is requested that you arrive to the Cemetery by 11:45 a.m. EST. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home – Okolona Chapel.
