She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Phelps and a daughter, Barbara Griffin.
Left to cherish her memory are her 3 children, Vicki Price (Mike), Joyce Leonhardt and George William Rice; sister, Shirley Lyvers (Donnie); grandchildren, Trina Riddle (Joey), Warren Stewart, Joni Stich (David), Rhonda Brown (Tom) and Suzanne Steinbrenner (Eric) and Tony Leonhardt; 9 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
A service to honor the life of Mrs. Phelps will be conducted at 12Noon on Monday, July 16, 2012 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Sunday.
In lieu of customary expressions of Sympathy the family has requested memorial gifts to Little Sisters of the Poor.
