Elmira Bowling Payne, 83 of Mt. Washington, KY passed away Monday, November 6th, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband: H. Gerald Payne; parents: Robert Sandlin Bowling & Elizabeth Abner; son-in-law: Robert Lee Stafford. Left to cherish her memory, her daughter: Wanda Stafford; sons: Gary Payne & Michael Payne; grandchildren: Robert Stafford Jr., Autumn Burgin, Matthew Payne, Michael Payne Jr. & Adam Payne; 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 11th, 2017 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY.
