Ethel Sandidge, 84, of South Louisville passed from this life on Thursday December 16, 2010 at the Masonic Home. She was the former Ethel Logsdon, a native of Grayson Co., KY, and a member of Shively Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie “Woody” Sandidge. She is survived her step mother, Velena Logsdon; half brothers, William, Winford, Larry, Charles Edward, Robert, Cleon and Donnie Logsdon; half sisters, Betty Milam, Carol Russell, Teresa Durant, Ronella Sanders, Nedra Foreman and Anita Schorerlucke; and a nephew Ralph Dunn (Doris) who cared for her. A celebration of Ethel’s life will be held at 10 am Wednesday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
