She was born on Tuesday, September 25, 1923 in Fairplay, Kentucky to William Tabor and Ella Spoon – Tabor. She was a former factory worker for Jenner Engraving. Ethel was also a member of the Marion St. Church of Christ in Athens, Alabama.

Ethel is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth Williams; Brothers and sisters, Aline, Edward, Theron, Leon, Ray and one nephew – Steven Dietze.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Donna Williams – Moseley, Robert Clark Williams and Deborah Ann Vermillion; grandchildren, John Michael Moseley, Matthew Todd Moseley, Laura Ellizabeth Moseley – Miller, Courtney Vermillion – Scott and Trey Vermillion, III; 14 great – grandchildren; sister, Marie Hadley Waters; brother, Elton Tabor; nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Evergreen Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home on Saturday, January 16th, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 12:00 also at the Funeral Home on Saturday.

Entombment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery and Mausoleums in Louisville, Kentucky.
