Born in Louisville to the late Ernest and Opal Kempf, Eva was a participant at Options for Individuals and had worked at Papa Johns and O’Malley’s.
She is survived by her brothers Gary Frost (Mary Sue), Jackie, Jerry, and Roy; her friend and caregiver Jeananne Mayes; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Kenny, Philip, and Donnie.
Visitation for Eva will be held from 2-6 pm Sunday, followed by a funeral service at 6:00.
Private burial will be at St. Stephens Cemetery.
