She dedicated her life to her family and to her duties as a preacher’s wife.
Eveleen is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Reverend Thomas Caudill.
She is survived by her children, Connie Jepson (Jesse), Tim Caudill (Alice), Tammy Holton (Dave) and Mark Caudill, her sister, Kathleen Hofelich (Joe), seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service to celebrate Eveleen’s life will be conducted at 2pm on Friday, December 30, 2016 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd with entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 3-8pm on Thursday, December 29, 2016 and after 9am the day of the funeral.
