Evelyn Rose Johnson

Evelyn Rose Johnson, 85, of Louisville was born on July 17, 1932 in Brandenburg to the late William and Anna Bell (Dunn) Miller, and passed from this life on Sunday March 11, 2018. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church, and a former employee of the Nelson-Boone Novelty Co. Her husband George Johnson preceded her in death. She is survived by her cousins, Cleo Miller and Altha Alvey; a sister inlaw, Mary Miller; and friends who cared for her, Jane Cave and Barbara Lotze. Funeral service for Mrs. Johnson will be held at 10 am Friday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
