She is survived by her children: Cathy Head (Chuck) and Perry West, Brother: Virgil Snawder, Grandchildren: Cody West and Cameron Head, Nieces: Roxann Gordon, Terri Niper and Andrea Ahl. Evelyn is also survived by her special friend: Kim Quarles.
