Florence J. Frazier

Born to the late Charles and Ruth Jeffries, Florence is also preceded in death by her siblings.

Here to carry on her memory is her beloved husband of 76 years, Charles Frazier; their children Chuck Frazier (Bobbie) and Kim Perry; her grandchildren, Nicole Higgins (Chris) and Matt Perry; and her great-grandchildren, Cameron and Connor.

Florence never met a stranger- only friends she hadn't known yet, welcoming the world with open hands and a heart that never judged. She was strength without trying, our steady place to land- our rock when life was heavy, our comfort, close at hand.

Chocolate always close at hand, and Neil Diamond in the air, with songs that filled the quiet moments and memories she'd gladly share. She was our father's other half, the rhythm to his heart, a love so deep and woven it can never come apart.

And though time was not always kind, and memories slipped away, nothing could erase the love that still lives on today. Because she's in every comfort, every laugh, every recipe I keep- in quiet morning moments, and in the tears I will sometimes weep. She didn't really leave us- she just changed where she would be: no longer in our everyday, but in our hearts, endlessly.

Services will be held privately at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. Florence will be laid to rest privately at Resthaven Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that expressions of sympathy be made in Florence's honor to one of the following charities: American Cancer Society, Wounded Warriors, or the local Alzheimer's Association.
