Still missing you momma! Love your daughter Yvonne

Flossie was my grandmother and I will miss her very much. She was a wonderful lady who did so many things for so many people in her family and usually took from herself to make sure others had what they needed. She took care of me often when I was little and taught me a lot about how to move thru this crazy world. I thank her and my mother so much for those lessons. I'll never forget her delicious cooking. Her biscuits and gravy, bean soup, fruit cake (not the dense icky kind. haha) and anything she made for Thanksgiving or Christmas! I remember talking for hours with her at night when I lived with her. We yelled back and forth from each other from our bedrooms. I knew I wouldn't get much sleep, and had to get up early for school, but the stories she would tell about growing up and when my mom and her siblings were kids, were interesting and lots of times too funny, not too listen. It's sad that family's grow apart as kids and grand kids get older, but I guess it happens to most families that way. I cherish the time I had with her and will miss her so much. I love you grandma. Rest in peace. Love, Bradley.
