Floy C. Smith Cunningham, 81, of Louisville passed from this life on Monday January 15, 2018 at her home. She was born on February 7, 1936 in Butler County KY to the late Joe and Nokie (Heath) Kessinger. She was a member of Arcade Avenue Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Smith. Left to cherish her memory is her second husband, John Cunningham; a son Greg Smith (Joy); and a daughter, Vicky Kasey (Gary); and grandchildren, Karen Kasey, Rebecca Glass (Jeremy), Kyle Kasey (Jamie) and Jessica Abbott (Kevin); and 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her extended family, Danny (Judy), George (Ginny), and Anthony Cunningham(Vickie); and their families. Funeral services for Mrs. Cunningham will be held at 10 am Thursday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in the Chapel Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Butler Co. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Wednesday at the Southern Home of Arch L.
