She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Bell; son, Ricky Hooper; and 2 brothers.
Frances is survived by her children, Joe Catman (Belinda), Threasa Phillips (James), and Sandy Thornsbury; 9 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; companion pet, D.O.G.; and 6 step-children.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Frances at 12pm on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8pm on Wednesday and from 10am-12pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be directed to Hosparus or James Graham Brown Cancer Center.
