Frances “Sherry” Hyde, 66, of Louisville passed away March 9, 2011 at Baptist Hospital East. She was born in Bardstown, Kentucky on September 21, 1944 to the late Henry and Frances Cheek Shain. She was retired from the University of Louisville as Project Coordinator and a 30 plus year councilwoman for the City of Woodlawn Park. She was a wonderful loving mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother.
She is survived by her two loving children, David (Gretchen) Hyde and Kelly (Michael) Willbur; and four grandchildren, Riley, Ashley, Henry and Trey Willbur.
Visitation will be from 10-2 on Saturday March 12, 2011 at Arch L. Heady at Westport Road, 7410 Westport Road. Private graveside services will be held at Bardstown City Cemetery.
