Frances Sue Jarrett

Frances was born to the late Francis and Malissa Kelley on May 31, 1938 in Owensboro, KY. She was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Church. Frances was the ideal image of what a wife and mother should be. She dedicated her life’s work to taking care of her family in every aspect.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Jarrett, Sr.; and her siblings, Tommy Kelley, Mary Jo Dennison, Carlene Anderson, Sherry Greenwalt and Linda Payne.

Here to carry on her beautiful memory are her children, Sherry Lewis (Doug), Robin Riggs, Bobby Jarrett, Jr. (Rita), Donna Smith (Frank), Jennifer Jarrett (Raymond), and Dianna Jarrett. Her grandchildren, Doug Lewis Jr. (Lauren), Andrea Skaggs (Chris), Ryan Lewis, Tarah Kinser (Jeff), Genny Riggs (Stan), Robert Riggs, Lauren Putty (Jack), Donny Steger (Courtney), Alex Jarrett (Jasmine), Austin Jarrett (Haylie), Brandon Jarrett, Mellany Zanetti (Jonathan), Natalie Smith (Lonnie), Justin Johnson, Matt Johnson (Lindsey), Jordan Johnson and Jerry Murphy. Along with 34 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; siblings, Johnny Kelley (Pat), Kenny Kelley (Ruth); and her beloved dog, Bandit.

Visitation will be from 2-8pm on Tuesday, February 4th and 10-1pm on Wednesday, February 5th at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road. We will be celebrating Frances’s life at 1pm on Wednesday; afterwards she will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park.
