Frankie was one of a kind, when God made him He threw away his mold. Frankie was a very special man, alway's there to lend a hand. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Kathleen, Betty, Diane and Barbara, I was so sorry to hear about Frankie Jo. You have my deepest sympathies.

Frankie Joe you went from my high school boyfriend to my lifelong friend. You had a gift for making others laugh. You are somewhere smiling at us now.

To Frank's Family, I know I never met you, but I heard so many things about you all. Frank and I shared a special time and he was always a special friend. The man always had a smile on his face and had a heart of gold. To say that he would do anything for anyone was an understatement. He was a very special man and I loved him. I am so very sorry for your loss.

FRANK WAS A GOOD FRIEND AND A GOOD MAN. HE WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED. FRANK AND HIS FAMILY ARE IN MY PRAYERS.

Frank will be missed by many people. Corky and I have fond memories of Frankie and the Germantown years spent being his friends. With his beautiful smile and his friendly nature, Frank's legacy will live on far beyond his years. Our sincerest sympathy is extended to the Weis family. "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy burden, and I will give you rest" Matthew 11:28. Frank is at rest now with the heavenly Father. We can take comfort in knowing Frank is home!!!!

Frank you were one of the most generous and thoughtful people I have known. You will be missed by so many.
Thank You for everything you did for me.

I will miss you Frank. Thank you for all the times you made me smile at work, especially when my husband had his walk with cancer. Thank you for your compassion and being there for me. If it's one thing I can say, you were a very giving and kind man. I am honored to have known you. God be with your family and bring them peace during this time. You will be sorely missed - my friend with the beautiful "Paul Newman" eyes.... love,
